Terry the Turtle is the ideal program to introduce children to LOGO type applications, where they can learn about measurement of distance and angles. The configurable interface on initial levels is colourful and welcoming to allow children easy access to all of the functions.
Terry can be used at four different levels. Each level demonstrates progression from basic drawing to full logo programming.

"...the levels overlap and flow naturally which makes the whole program less threatening and more accessible – so much so that this could easily be used in maths and geography and not just relegated to ICT lessons."

"Terry the Turtle 2 is a very good introductory turtling program with a range of features, including backdrops, which make it very good fun to use."
